Hi, thanks for taking the time to look around.

About me. Well this started as a web project to finetune my site design skills and present my latest work. I chose Wordpress for content management - and now I feel a need to post at least infrequently … to keep it fresh haha. So as such this site is my portfolio and dropsite for general work and thoughts. I’ll continue to add new tutorials and techniques.

I’m a little older than I want to be - 3 something? And Ive been illustrating and designing for around 15 years, animating for about 5. I have an addiction for anything effects, art and design. I spend nearly all of my free time studying, exploring and trying new animation and design techniques. Love the work you do they say…

This site has become an online diary and scrapbook of late - reminds me of things I need to finish. My beautiful three year old boy keeps life exciting. Nothing like pretending you’re stealing dragon treasure to bring back the inner child. I work at Black Sheep Creative where strangely we do web design and other things arty.

Time to come clean

Well the old site had been bugging me for some time. Basically since exactly when someone I have huge respect for told me it was crap. Too much stuff! I knew it. I called it experimental. But it was really just mental. I spent WEEKS putting that site together! This one is still at the click and it breaks stage, but it took me one night. Stripped right back, I’m loving white. I think it’s much better. I’m sure my site critics will have their own opinion… Now to make it work.
