Frew and the Sparkling - Intro

Way back when I first began working in flash, I wrote and illustrated a story of a mouse named Frew, a vulnerable little guy that falls for a fairy (a ’sparkling’) he meets in a glade, then loses her when he feels he isn’t good enough. I began working on the project in 3D, planning to animate the story to my favourite piece of orchestral music - Adagio for Strings by Barber, but the task became too daunting and complex. I think it’s time for another shot. Now that I have a few more experiences behind me, I think I can also do the story justice. You ever hear a piece of music and see the story unfold in your mind? This is mine.
